Founder Niamh Cullen has been working as a professional Holistic Therapist since 2003. Niamh is very passionate about her work, and ensures all clients get the best care. Over the years Niamh has treated many different aliments, and continuously develops her experience and skill.

Eden Holistic Therapy and Wellbeing Centre tailors each session to the client’s specific goals and needs, and we love demonstrating how, with just a few treatments, we can make an enormous difference to your health.

Hi there, my name is Niamh, founder of Eden Holistic Therapy and Wellbeing Centre. I am originally from a small town called Macroom on the gates of West Cork. I was lucky to be introduced to living Holistically from a young age as my mum is a Yoga teacher and Reflexologist and grew up with a love for Complementary Therapies.

I went on to study full time for 2 years in Cork city and graduated in 2001 with diplomas in Massage, Reflexology, Indian head Massage, Aromatherapy, Nutrition and Stress Management. I continued my education and recieved diplomas in Holistic health care Practitioner, Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Infant Massage and Yoga Instructor and have been offering these therapies to people ever since.

I feel I have been put here to help people, and if I cannot help you I will do what I can to find something or someone who can. I dont hold any judgments against people as I am very much a people person and absolutely love being able to make people feel even a small bit better.
